Lancer Container Lines Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as stipulated by Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and following a trading window closure announced on June 25, 2026.
